Wearing 9 length: A length that slightly covers the ankle.
Wearing 8.5 length: A length that gently reveals the ankle, making the legs look longer.
The 9/10 length leggings naturally fall as a standard length, but since I prefer shorter lengths, I liked the 8.5/10 length more!
When I wore the 8.5/10 length, it gave the same effect as when taller people wear 9/10 leggings — the slight ankle exposure made my legs look longer.
